2	ts	Active dry yeast
3	c	Bread flour
3	tb	Wheat germ
3	tb	Powdered milk
1 1/2	tb	Sugar
1 1/2	ts	Salt
3/4	ts	Nutmeg
1 1/2	tb	Oil
1	c	Mashed bananas
2	tb	Mashed bananas
3/4	c	Sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4	c	Water
1	tb	Water
3/4	c	Chopped nuts or raisins

Add all ingredient except the raisins or nuts and bake on raisin bread cycle. At the beeper add the raisins or nuts.
